Some of you might recognize him from the Q, but now he's cooking up the grinds for the patrons of the House of Blues. He's still keeping tight lines though

Time to pull out the biggest fish! Keenan Okata with 4 nice Yellows on his first boat trip ever! Way to go Keenan!

Angel and Denise Vicente, a husband and wife combo teamed up to pull in these lovely tails. Angel also released a nice White Seabass.

San Pedro local Cal Preston may be the real good luck charm, he has been on the Pursuit's biggest three Yellowtail trips in the last year.

The Captain pulled the Pursuit around on our first spot of the day and we had barely even settled down on the anchor before several rods went bendo. Verne was one of the first ones on and on big time!!! Verne spends his free time servicing and repairing reels down at Sav-On Tackle in Santa Fee Springs and it was extra generous of him when he offered to fix all of our reels for free if he landed a yellow today. We were all pulling for him. I feel real good about his chances of landing this one and if he doesn't he can't blame his reel. What's the address of Sav-On again.

Jason made the trip down from Foothill Ranch to fish on the Pursuit and he didn't waste much time getting in on the action.
